The Ghostwriting Squad Refunds Policy becomes void under the following circumstances:

• If you've selected a customized or special package.
• If you've requested revisions that are beyond the initial concepts.
• If you fail to answer or communicate with us for more than 6 weeks without notice.
• If you put the project on hold on your own wish, the refund will be voided.
• If you violate any of the company's policies.
• If the brief you provided does not have the necessary information from your end.
• If the company is undergoing closure or is changing its name or operations.
• Our company will not issue refunds for a 'change of mind' or 'disagreement with a partner' that is unrelated to the service provided.
• Once our company has made multiple sets of revisions for you, refunds will not be applied.

You are entitled to a 100% refund before our company's writers and editors start working on your project. If you have a change of heart and decide not to continue with your project order placement, you may request a refund within one hour of order placement. In all other cases, a 40% processing fee will be deducted.

After the project delivery customer can only request a refund under the following conditions:

• If the project delivered does not align with the project brief and requirements as per the customer’s request.
• Ghostwriting Squad is committed to offering 100% satisfaction to customers and offers unlimited revisions to ensure the project meets their expectations. Our company’s editors and writers will rewrite, re-edit, and revise your project to ensure complete satisfaction.
• If our company is still unable to deliver according to your specifications, a refund can be arranged through mutual agreement on a predetermined percentage. However, this applies only in situations where the project delivered completely deviates from the customer’s requirements.

Ghostwriting Squad prioritizes timely project delivery. However, if our company is unable to deliver you on time, and after three attempts of contacting us, we are bound to refund your process. This is only applicable if it is confirmed through solid evidence that the company is responsible for the delay.

Our refund policy is applicable under the following conditions:
